Quick and painless, not pressure experience! This was my first experience with Gunther. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Jasmin Small, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I explained I was unable to come to the dealership and I was at home and my husband at work. Jasmin said, "no problem, I can review everything with you over the phone and then pick you up at home and drive you and the car to your husband's place of employment to complete the paperwork." I can't say enough about Jasmin as my sales contact. She was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Jasmin went above and beyond delivering the car in the late evening as my husband works nights. Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. More

Sure I love my 2011 Forte Koup, and with all the proper maintenance, I plan to keep it as long as I can. When you have employees that care for you and look after you as if you were family... why would I go elsewhere?
