Finance Manager Nick Burba = Very unfriendly and disturbed! My wife, my son and I came to the dealership today to possibly trade in our existing lease and get a new lease. We were told to go to the next building and go upstairs which we did. When we arrived into the Kia showroom we were quickly reprimanded and interrogated as to the likes of someone that really made you feel unwanted. All we ask is to please point in the direction of the stairs so we could go look at the new models. The lack of customer service skills, rudeness, and flat out hostile behavior from Nick Burba, finance manager, Kia Gunther Plantation really made us feel like never being welcomed nor will I ever go back! This guy's angry...not a happy guy, careful folks! More

Decent price after hard negotiation After several rounds of negotiation we finally got a price that was above but close to what was advertised online. I'm not sure if Kia's website wasn't giving us all the information or the dealership was trying to get a little more money but something was off. Kia's website said you could lease a Soul for 2k due at signing and 169 a month. We paid more down and more per month even with excellent credit scores. But we knew going in that buying or leasing a car from a dealership is always a battle. More

He gave me the opportunity to look at possible cars he thought I would like and test drove. He is very professional and informative. He is also a great salesman. I can be very indecisive and stubborn but I walked away with exactly what I wanted. That sportage with the sunroof!!!! We talked numbers so much that at one point I said I didn't want it anymore. We negotiated until We couldnt negotiate anymore. lol. I bought my first kia from this same location and their customer service is out of this world! They are so friendly and laid back and don't just sell you a car to make a sale. They make sure it is something that you would look back on and say you made the right decision.
