Fast, friendly, and catered to our needs Let me start off with the fact that I am not a people person, I did not want to be stuck in the dealership all day, and I hate your typical car salesm Let me start off with the fact that I am not a people person, I did not want to be stuck in the dealership all day, and I hate your typical car salesman. I wanted a new lease deal as my previous was up within the month. Christian made every effort to help my wife and I to find exactly what we were looking for (and we're quite picky too), unfortunately pricing on the Soul ! model has increased significantly since my last lease. Embarrassed to tell us the price of the Soul !, Christian quickly countered with several other options that fit our needs and gave my wife and I space to discuss privately without trying to force us into a car just to get a sale. After weighing the several options, we decided on a car and moments later I told Christian "I want to drive away in this now" as I pointed to the Forte 5 sitting in the showroom. Were we disappointed we weren't going to be driving off in a new Soul? At first, yes. After spending some time in the Forte 5, not disappointed at all. The car is packed with more features than we've ever had in a car. I mean, it has air-conditioned seats. Pretty sure that's a must have feature in Florida. My wife and I share the car, so the fact the car remembers 2 seating positions for the driver's seat is a huge plus too. No more do I have to get into the car and feel like I'm about to hit my face on the windshield (yes, my wife sits that close). Anyways, this isn't supposed to be about the car... Christian had the car taken from the showroom (which was probably a pain in the xxx), had it detailed, and fully fueled as we were doing the paperwork. I wanted to get in, get a car, and get the xxxx out ASAP. Christian, Cody, and Jason were aware of this and quickly brought us through the process and made it possible for us to drive off the lot before lunch and took care of the leased Soul I was giving back. I've leased cars since 2009 and this is, by far, the fastest service experience I've ever had so I'm very thankful for that. The longest part of the process was for my wife and I to decide what we were going to get. Previous leases from other dealerships took much longer, some making me wait a week for my car or forcing me to make several trips to the dealer for more paperwork or making me stay at the dealership for most of the day, we're talking 8+ hours. That xxxx annoys me and I was happy to not experience that at Gunther Kia. Maybe it was a fluke, but I don't think it was. These guys seem to have their xxxx together unlike Hollywood Kia. More

Purchasing a car is usually difficult due to competitive nature of the industry but it's quite the opposite at Gunther. Dealing with Jason is a pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products but his professionalism and proficiency are unsurpassed. Picking up my car on his day off, he got one of his top sales professionals, Hermiz to help complete the purchase and he couldn't have been more friendly, thorough, and efficient. My experience with Kirk in finance was the same. I recommend Gunther to anyone! More

The process for both was as stress-free as possible. Garfield's # one concern was my satisfaction & he was quick to answer any questions and/or get me what I needed. Most recently, I leased a 2017 Kia Cadenza SXL. It's an incredible vehicle & Garfield made sure the color combo I wanted was stocked & I knew when it was available to see. I was in & out within a couple hours with an incredible vehicle. I will specifically be recommending Gunther Kia because of my experience w/ Garfield. Definitely call in advance & ask if he's there first. If you need Service, the Service Mgr, Orlando is also great to work with. You won't be disappointed! More
