READ AND QUESTION EVERY CHARGE I went to Gunther because they had the car I wanted. The car was reasonably priced compared to other comparables online but Gunther didn't budge on th I went to Gunther because they had the car I wanted. The car was reasonably priced compared to other comparables online but Gunther didn't budge on the internet price or their add-ons like predelivery service charge of $899 and the electronic registration filing fee of $299. Most informed consumers know that is mostly profit add-ons the dealer puts there to add to their pocket. Those are negotiable too!! That's on me for agreeing to those bogus charges. Anyway, good quality car was sold to me by Max Mettlach, the salesperson. He was good...no problem there..The problem was Pablo Villaverde, the Finance Manager who handled my financial paperwork. Turns out a few days later I found some wrong and illegitimate charges on my financial charge sheet..I blame Pablo because he is the man that put the numbers on the sheet. Also, Pablo would not call me back either. I wanted to talk to him because I had a few questions about the sales contract but he apparently refused to contact me back. The suspect charges on the buyer's agreement were the Lead Acid Battery Fee of $1.50, the new tire fee ($1.00) $5.00 tota) l and the Lemon Law charge of $2.00. BUYER BEWARE!!!The last two charges are clearly stated on their charge sheet that they are for A NEW CAR!!! I bought a used car!!!. Alex Barbosa. the Finance Director, did finally pick up the phone a few days ago and shed some light on the problem from his financial end but it is an incomplete answer. Alex as the director needs to do more tng with his managers in this default mistake. Potentially thousands of buyers could be ripped off! It's not much money to each buyer but added up results in a large unjust amount to the dealership. Alex said he would pass the message on to Mr. Clinton, the General Sales Mgr.. Mr Clinton did respond to me and quickly refunded those charges to me. He stated that the computer defaults or automatically puts those charges on there and no harm intended. I want to believe that but who knows for sure..Anyway I blame Pablo the finance man who did the charge sheet for not catching that. And of course I blame myself for not examining every charge on the sheet. Pls fix the mistake.Mistakes do happen..there was only one perfect person who live ..Jesus, and he was unjustly hung on a cross. More

We leased KIA Sportage from Gunther Kia Salesman Mr.Walid Wanna call us, arranged appointment, met us, listened to our needs and suggested two models of Kia. After test drive of both models we inclined to lease Sportage. Mr. Wanna explained to us all fitures of the car, helped with price negotiation. He was with us till we left the dealership.
