This is totally unsatisfactory for you or even Pablo to not respond back to a recent person who purchased a very expensive car from your dealer. Did you even finally read my emails? I want an extra $250 on top of the $8.50 illegitimate charges. Will you do that?

Mr. Clinton.WILL YOU READ THIS ..SOME FINAL THOUGHTS.....I WANT TO APOLOGIZE for something,,,I realized that I had sent my comments to a wrong email to you!...Will you please forgive me? Nevertheless, I did call you last week to no avail..shouldn't you answer phone calls in a timely manner? One last thought....why were those charges put in? you have admitted fault by paying me back...These were charges for a NEW car..your people knew I bought a USED car...I wonder if these charges are slipped into other unsuspecting buyers resulting in higher profit per month. Remember, Jesus said in Matthew 6:24 in the Bible, you cannot serve God and money. I pray that if you do not know Jesus as your personal savior and Lord Mr. Clinton, that you will do it now. Thank you for a great car and again I do apologize for accusing you of ignoring my emails when in fact I sent them to a wrong email. And I did call Pablo and he ignored me..

I appreciate the apology and most certainly accept. Unfortunately I did not know you were calling for me but I am glad we were able to connect and get it resolved. Our system is set up to default those charges on every transaction. They are supposed to be removed on a used vehicle purchase and it just appears that it was forgotten, no foul play or intentional harm, just an oversight. If it's not too much trouble, I would really appreciate if you would consider changing your review to reflect that we did address the problem and that you are satisfied. Thank you for your consideration, thank you again for your business and I am glad you love your car!
