About a month previous, I had requested information from several dealerships over the internet about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. They all responded, but Mr. Smith followed up time and after time and i ended up appreciating his determination. So, I came in, struck a deal and drove off in my new car. I usually buy a new car every 3-4 years, and usually different makes. My experience with Mr. Smith was probably one of the best I can remember. He was professional, patient, listened to what I wanted and never high pressured me. It was a pleasant experience overall and after the purchase, he showed me all the features of the car and answered my questions. Never received copies of all documents signed or completed. Was told only 1 credit report would be pulled. Noticed 3 Gunther entities pulled reports (Why the need?) ... As well as NW FCU? Why is a credit union pulling a report? (Was only told that B of A would be financing deal.)
