That is an unusual situation that isn't common and I hope you give us another opportunity to continue to service your Kia. Regarding the road hazard policy, it will cover wheels and tires that are damaged due to any type of road hazard or "act of god" that you experience, such as running over a nail or a pot hole. It does not cover avoidable damage incurred by a driver's error such as running into a curb. Hopefully that clears up any questions regarding your policy. Thank you again for your business. Need to fill the crew in about the act of god part.. I stated i get a lot if nails etc. From work. Was not informed that this would not be covered. Would of never purchased.

An act of god such as a nail in a tire is always covered. If the nail is in the tread of the tire than it will be repaired by patch. If the nail is in the sidewall of the tire then road hazard will replace the tire. If this is what you experienced and we did not cover it under road hazard, please let me know and I will look into it immediately.

It was a nail dead center in the middle of the tire. A patch service was given that was charged. $39-$40 bucks. Kathy

Kathy, I reached out to sales and they were not able to verify that you have the road hazard coverage. They did verify that you have a wear and tear policy that covers your lease end damages, though.
