Second Time's Still a Charm I say second time's still a charm -- and at this point I fully expect there to be a THIRD time with Gunther Kia down the road! I got my first Kia I say second time's still a charm -- and at this point I fully expect there to be a THIRD time with Gunther Kia down the road! I got my first Kia Soul through Gunther back in 2012 -- and loved the car so much I recently decided to upgrade to a 2016 model. The newer model had features that interested me -- like a perkier engine and backup camera -- so I called Gunther to assist me with my purchase. From the start, Evan Kentros was the best sales rep for my needs. He seemed immeidately interested in helping me find the right car ... and at a fair price. Evan patiently guided me through the process from start to finish; beginning with several test drives of two different vehicles and ending with me signing on the dotted line. I won't say it was all simple, though. There were a few times when I had to hold firm with what I wanted and try to negotiate things in my own favor. Like any excellent sales person, along the way Evan offered me options that sounded good but which just weren't for me. I'm guessing they had a surplus of certain color cars, for instance, and I needed to hold firm on my original desire (Titanium Gray). I'm not sure why buying a home and cars are such a stressful process -- but a good rep, like Evan, sure does take the sting out of it all. Even after my car was my own personal property and I had driven if off the lot, Evan stayed in touch to ask me how I and the car were doing. When I remembered that I had left my SunPass and condo stickers on the old car, Evan immediately went out to the car and found them for me. This sort of expert attention is what I liked about him in general and Gunther Kia in particular. In fact, my experience with Gunther Kia over the years has been nothing less than superb. I prefer to let them service my car as needed, rather than going to an outside mechanic. The service department at Gunther Kia has always been timely and supremely professional; wait times were always minimal and the quality and end-results excellent. Great job, Kia Motor Corporation and Gunther Kia -- and a super great job (with gratitude), Evan Kentros! More
