Lousy wait time for an oil change I got my wife a Kia Optima and myself a Kia Forte. I’ve been leasing my cars for over 8 years from Gunther Mazda & Kia. And over those years, with the exception of the first service, I’ve gone elsewhere to service my vehicles. Even with the free service coupon book, I’ve gone elsewhere to avoid the hassle and avoid the stress. Gunther’s sales people are wonderful. However, the services on the other side of the business is awful ... the service departments stink. I have recently given my feedback on my displeasure with Gunther’s service in answer to other emails that Gunther has sent me. I’ve even posted my frustration on Yelp. Bottom line, Gunther’s service stinks. More
