Excellent Car Buying Experience Before visiting Gunther Kia, My husband and I had visited 10 different car dealerships. While visiting those dealerships I felt the salesman were try Before visiting Gunther Kia, My husband and I had visited 10 different car dealerships. While visiting those dealerships I felt the salesman were trying to just sell me any type of car in my price range (not really inquiring about what vehicle would fit the needs for my family). I also left each of those dealerships feeling like I was going to have to wait at least another year to get a new car. When in actuality, I needed a car right away. Taylor Otwell made the process of buying a Kia Sodena very easy ( he assured me, that I will find something in my price range).Taylor has excellent customer service and was very diligent and accessible during the car purchasing process. He answered all questions and provided my husband and I a great deal. never again After being pre-approved we spent over 3+hrs setting up a lease. Taylor was disorganized, late for appointment. Car mats that we paid for were not installed in car when it was given to us.3 yr maint was not explained to us it was oil changes only, which is lame. Still sending finance guy info that he should have asked for. Very disappointed with customer service, or should I say lack of customer service. @ the end of my lease I will be going to a different dealership for another vehicle. Will not waste any more time @ yours. I've found deception as far as 3yr maint included. I can change oil. Very disappointed.... I live in MA and was down to get a car and check on renovations to a condo I bought, will b spending 6 mos in fla and 6 mos in MA. Did not to waste time getting a car, all taylor did was waste time.
