The sales process was easy, courteous and very professional thanks to Trevor in Internet sales and Mitchell Trotmann an awesome Sales Associate. I liked the facilities . at the Dealership and up to the moment of the day of finally signing for my Lease and driving off with my new Telluride everything had been a 5 five Star Optimum experience, that is when everything changed. I was taken to the office of the finance person (Alex) who was Rude, Unprofessional, and we were for an instant walking out with no deal. He was trying to raise the price, constantly threatening with 'we will not sell you the car unless....'
