I went in for tire rotation . It took 2 hours. They did a oil change which I didn’t need and did not tell them to do. I said what is taking so long for a tire rotation? Terrible sales customer service. I had expected to meet with the person with whom I had been emailing who already knew what I was looking for and had supposedly made arrangements to meet at the dealership, with the person with whom I had been emailing who already knew what I was looking for and had supposedly made arrangements to meet at the dealership, instead they gave me a different salesman, who was unfriendly, distant, uncommunicative, shared no info about the vehicles, walked about 20 steps ahead of us as we were heading to the lot, and had an attitude when we asked him questions. Never even offered a test drive, which I had also been promised - but that's OK, frankly, at that point I just wanted to get away from there . Maybe he was just having a bad day, but I'd not ever purchase a car from him. More

Dealerships wants customers to leave them 5 star review but don’t want to work for it. The Lease Manager Christian is also a jerk. The condescending tactic doesn’t work on everyone. Let’s go back to the GM because I believe issues start at the top. if this dealership was led better, with a genuine customer service focus From the head then bottom would mimic. To my fellow consumers, observe how current customers are treated before you make a commitment and purchase. Once you walk out that door with they new keys you will be treated like I was. I was dismissed and disrespected. I’m not sure if my skin tone was a factor but in this era one can’t help but wonder. More

They tried to overprice the SUV by close to $5,000 and justified it that the market is bad and therefore they need to try and price the vehicles over MSRP. In addition, they charged for a stripe on the SU justified it that the market is bad and therefore they need to try and price the vehicles over MSRP. In addition, they charged for a stripe on the SUV that didn't cost $200 plus and the floor mats and weather system was around $600 plus. They were unwilling to sell at a reasonable price but because they were in a drought they were willing to upcharge. More
Service was good and what was expected. My service advisor was pleasant and gave me updates throughout the process. This is our 10th year with Gunther, and we have purchased cars from all 3 brands at 441, primarily Kia. I cannot say enough good things about the people at Gunther, and specifically Christian Benzan. The 3-y cars from all 3 brands at 441, primarily Kia. I cannot say enough good things about the people at Gunther, and specifically Christian Benzan. The 3-year service coverage is great, and dealing with sales and service has always been positive. Highly recommend Christian at Gunther Kia. More

They will price gouge you and not even think twice about it and the answer you get is will we can do that if you want what we have. Talk about not having or trying to gain a customer for life. They just don't care and they show it; no mater if you call text or are there to buy a car right away. Im surprise to see they are still around. But I guess there are people out there that like to be tortured. When going there you see a lot of employees just sitting around and no one wants to help you and when they do they act like they are doing you a favor. Communication is lacking big time. More
I recently leased a 50,000 car from this dealership and was very unhappy with my experience. The salesperson made a condescending comment about me wanting to compare the Kia stinger to the Mercedes. Then I had a question re additional coverage I purchased that was supposed to cover any dings or scratches to the car. I ended up needing to use the coverage the day after I acquired the car. A month has gone by and i have not been able to get the car fixed. I have been getting the run around from th sales person and the finance person who sold me the extended insurance.The salesman actually asked me to “Please be patient “ after spending 50k and not getting satisfaction after a month has passed I think I’m entitled to loose my patience. And I don’t appreciate the salesmen’s condescending and cavalier attitude. I will probably take the car to a different Kia dealership to avoid dealing with these people. I would avoid this dealership if I were you. More
