I saw a car that I liked, the 2019 Kia Optima.Marc sang its praises, and one of the features he talked about was the remote ac start. I'm not saying that was the only reason I purchased that car, but it was one of the things that tipped the scales in its favor. Two days later, I went back in so Marc could go over some of the features, including UVO and remote ac. Unfortunately, most of the time was taken up with trying to get my Sirius to work. It took over an hour. When it came to setting up the rest, Marc couldn't figure out why the remote ac couldn't be set up. It was then that we both found out that the 2019 lx model doesn't offer that feature. I was justifiably upset, and asked if the dealership would offer me any compensation since I bought the car under false pretenses. Marc supposedly went to the back to get the manager. I don't know if he did or not, because the manager never came out. Marc refused to help me in any way. He told me it was just a small mistake and I got such a good deal on the car that I wasn't entitled to anything more, and there was nothing he could do. I said to Marc that I was relying on the salesperson to be knowledgable on all the features in all the cars that were available, and he replied that he couldn't know Everything. Umm....yeah...yes you do Marc, you're the salesperson. That's your job. I asked if I could at least get on of those solar shields that go over the inside of the windshield, and he refused even that! There was also a red star on the upper right hand corner of the screen. He didn't know what that was either. I found out later that that's the indication that the car is 911 connected, so in case of an accident, 911 will automatically be called. Pretty important feature that a salesperson should know about don't you think? I don't generally even write reviews, but my experience there was so disheartening. What happened to me was unbelievably disrespectful. If he was even the least bit sorry, and tried to compensate me in the smallest way, I would never have written this.But the least a customer can ask for is their salesperson to be knowledgable on all features, and to take responsibility when he needs to. More

No pressure at all and a very knowledgeable salesperson. In fact, we weren't even in the market for a Kia and had walked in since we were already at the Mazda and VW dealers. Shiva was patient and explained all the features of the Telluride and LISTENED to what our requirements were and matched us with the vehicle we needed. Even alter the sale he was very helpful as we had to travel and he made sure we received all our documentation and even our permanent tags once we were on the road. I'd recommend Gunther Kia not only because we really believe the Telluride is an excellent value but working with Shiva we were never "hassled" as was our experience at most other dealerships. More

It is always pleasant because of the professional and caring personnel, the comfortable surroundings, and the exceptional service. From the gentleman that greeted me with a smile in the driveway, to interacting with the service representatives, such as William and Kenny, I was quickly settled in the most inviting waiting area and the time passed quickly. William, regardless of how busy he is, never fails to check on me during my stay and to keep me updated on my car. When talking with him he is an attentive and patient listener, for which I am very grateful. This time I received a 'special little surprise'. William made sure my car went through the car wash, as usual. This motivated me to clean the inside of my car when I got home. I practically never get in my car without bottled water, especially when my grandsons are with me. Most of the time I'm sorry to say, the bottles end up staying in the car. I grab the ones I see but a number of them end up in the cup holders, on the floor in the back and under the front seats. As I was cleaning I started looking for errant water bottles, especially the ones caught under the front seats which happen to be difficult to get out. Surprisingly there were none!! Someone had already removed the bottles! Unfortunately I do not know who the kind KIA person that did me that favor was, but it made me smile the rest of the day. When I texted my daughter about what happened her response was, "Your KIA guys are good to you!" I believe all of the "KIA guys" are good to everyone! More
