The staff are very friendly, but more important is the quality of work which is very low and not performed correctly. The last 3 appointments have all been performed poorly. I have had poor customer service since day one of purchasing my vehicle there. Anytime I need to make an appointment I have to wait at least three weeks to get an appointment. So much for having free purchasing my vehicle there. Anytime I need to make an appointment I have to wait at least three weeks to get an appointment. So much for having free oil changes. Do not purchase the extended warranty because you can never get service deeply upset With this Kia dealership. More

They will not help you speed the process along, at all. Service advisors lie to your face pretending to be concern about your problem, and never get to actually work on getting your claim submitted to Kia Customer Service Care. Communication seem to be not their team greatest strength either. Ever try calling the service department in an attempt to get the situation of the claim straighten up, well then, good luck because it seems they are not so good at keeping records of the claims customers make either. During all my attempts to get my claim process, not ever once I received a call back from the service advisor who helped me (Kenny Lopez, Service Advisor) even though I requested several times to speak to him, nor did the lady working on my case at Kia Customer Service Department. I would have rated this Kia dealership with 5 starts because since I moved from NC I have not found any decent Kia dealerships in South Florida. But, the fact I was not ever able to get my bodyshop claim processed, submitted, and solved, due to the tediousness of the whole process (I did not wanted to start the claim all over again and go to another dealership to do so) and the noncooperation of Gunther Kia, makes me give them a one start. I would give them a minus five(-5) start rating if I could. More
Not like other sales people... Easy, fast, and transparent. Went in to just ask what options I had with my upcoming lease end from a different Kia dealership. I was directed straight to Alvaro, Sales and Financ Went in to just ask what options I had with my upcoming lease end from a different Kia dealership. I was directed straight to Alvaro, Sales and Finance. He helped explain what options I had at several price budgets, and what he could do for returning Kia customers. We had a great talk, and due to timing I was able to return my lease in early for a limited edition Kia that was on special. I was so happy with the process, and service Alvaro provided, the wife and I went back the next day to trade in her car too. I highly recommend Alvaro, he was honest and direct, and Gunther Kia. If all their sales people are like Alvaro, then I applaud their training and sales model. I will go back. More
My experience at Gunther was nothing less than stellar. I can't tell you what a joy it was to not have to haggle and be worn down by hours of the typical car sales shenanigans that I have always encountered can't tell you what a joy it was to not have to haggle and be worn down by hours of the typical car sales shenanigans that I have always encountered in all of my last car buying experiences. Maylene was a delight as was Pablo in finance. It was basically painless! This is my 4th KIA, love the brand, and I have no clue what number this lease is in my car buying experience but I can tell you it was the best of them all. So thank you one and all at Gunther! And btw, I hear your new team leader is an awesome man to work for which is truly important if you want to maintain a happy environment not only for your employees but also your customers. Excellent Experience I walked into to Gunther Kia and in 3 hours I walked out with a new Kia sportage lease. Christian Benzan is not your typical slick type salesperson, h I walked into to Gunther Kia and in 3 hours I walked out with a new Kia sportage lease. Christian Benzan is not your typical slick type salesperson, he is genuine and honest, got me the car I wanted and the budget I wanted to be in. Christian also helped me save money on my insurance. It was my first time negotiating a lease, prior to going to Gunther I visited two car dealerships, price I got was considerably higher, they kept going back and fourth and felt they were not being fair. I will definitely lease again with Gunther Kia and highly recommend Christian Benzan. Thank you for making the lease experience stress free! More
