Very satisfied I was early for my appointment and was assisted by Joe Heredia. I had entered auto information into the internet and found the problem of my loud eng I was early for my appointment and was assisted by Joe Heredia. I had entered auto information into the internet and found the problem of my loud engine whine was common and was usually caused by an idler pulley. The tech who walked by my car confirmed the diagnosis. The car was promptly fixed and I was on my way (quietly!). This experience was in stark contrast to the other Kia dealership in Sunrise (which is closer to my home). They ignored the noise and took more than 3 hours for a routine service call. Will I driver a little further to go to Gunther next time? You bet! More
