Jasmin is an exceptional sales person. Very knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with Jasmin to purchase my Kia. She knew what I wanted and what I was looking for. I would highly recommend her. There is a bit of a gap when it comes to the customer service between the sales team and the finance team. Having had such a professional and exemplary experience with Jasmin, made me wish she had done the financing as well. As I’m sure the financing team is just fine, I had to keep asking questions and never really got any answers. Also came in to pay off my car, and there was only one person to handle the payment, therefore I have to wait until they are finished. I would have preferred to have been told to make an appointment so I didn’t have to waist all that time. More
