Best Experience Ever When I decided to "shop" for a new car I had a totally different kind of vehicle in mind. I owned a Jeep and had it for 14 years and loved it, but I thought it was time for a new car. I was on FB and saw the ad for Gunther Kia's Sportage and thought, WOW, that's a nice looking vehicle. So I started a "chat" with Shiva Gosine on the website and told him exactly what I was looking for. It had to be "Red", and only red. We went back and forth on the "chat" line and set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive the Sportage and the rest is history. I fell in love with the Kia Sportage, and Shiva was a gem. He explained all of the features of the Sportage, from top to bottom. Shiva is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, courteous and a pleasure to work with during the buying process. I will definitely recommend him and will be back for further purchases. Very, very, happy camper..:) More

My Kia Sedona was in beautiful condition and was sold to me for a great price especially comparable to my area. Alan, my sales rep was very personable even during the lengthy wait at times and kept me informed about what each step was. The only issue I had was about transferring taxes to another state. I think this was just due to them not dealing with out of state transfers often but eventually we got it taken care of. Overall definitely would recommend. More

CarMax would be a better experience. When I have to pay a dealer fee to buy a car from a dealer...it wouldn't be this much. They won't even budge. Then as an added bonus I was shorted a key, not given a spare tire, and the back of the vehicle is damaged in the interior. So when I call to get help and make a complaint, the manager gets defensive,says he has to look into it, and never calls me back. Well, that's enough for me to never recommend this carnival of jackassery. The bull crap fed from the finance department was laughable and I just wanted to get out of there. They got my money, and threw me away. No problem. In 6 months when I purchase another KIA for my sister for cellege, I'll go to CarMax. More

And on top of that, their staff-- in EVERY ASPECT-- from the receptionist to the salesperson, to finance, to service reps, to the janitors- are all exemplary, courteous and professional. Gunther treats their employees well and in return, the employees treat the customers like every one is a special customer. And that is saying something. More
