they change the lease deal on me while I was signing papers, My first dealing with Kareem was for a lease on a Dragon Brown 2020 KIA Sorento, $269. including Taxes, 39 months, 12,000 miles per year. MIami lakes KIA, told me $259. including taxes, I told Gunther about the deal, they said no, so I left after a test drive. My wife got sick, I called Kareem again and she said come in and sign for $269. I had to postpone my visit, after a week, I went to Gunther and ask for the same deal, I was coming in and she would work out the same deal, Now I am paying $277. for the same deal. Now I am paying $360 dollar more. when I question the different in the lease, I was Kareen had no recorded of what she said, I was offered free gas for 4 times to make up for $360 extra. what a deal, More

Good Service I had neglected my car for quite a while before bringing it up to Gunther Kia for some maintenance. Everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient, and professional. Since I didn't have someone else to give me a ride home, I had to wait at the shop, and they told me how long it would take. When they found why my engine light was on, they told me immediately what the problem was and how much longer I'd have to wait. In the end, they had to work past closing hours, but they got me my car and it feels and runs beautifully. The waiting room is clean and there are some semi-private computer desks where I was able to plug in and take care of some work while I waited, too. More
