Great Service Advisor I came in because the engine light came over the weekend and I was very upset not knowing what it was. I had called Linda on Saturday and she told me I came in because the engine light came over the weekend and I was very upset not knowing what it was. I had called Linda on Saturday and she told me although they were booked on Monday, if I came early they might be able to help me, Joe Heredia assisted me and told me he would take care of it but they had to hook the car up to the computer. When I told him I had a doctor's appointment, he told me not to worry. If they could not resolve this by 9:00am, he would have Dennis take me to my appointment, When 9:00am rolled around, he said it would be a bit longer as they had a call into Kia about the issue. I said, well I'll just cancel my doctor's appointment. He wouldn't hear of it. He called Dennis who took me to my appointment and picked me back up. By the time I got back my car was ready. Joe could not have been nicer. He told me if anything ever goes wrong or I have any questions, to please call him and he would call me back. I really felt like I had made a connection with someone in the service department; a rarity these days. If I have an issue going forward, I will feel comfortable calling Joe. He should be commended for his kindness and service. More
