Isaac professional and extremely patient I have been a customer of Gunther KIA since 2003. I keep coming back because of their professionalism and great service. I actually came in because I had a regular service appointment with Bill Garcia. When Bill noticed that my lease would be ending soon, he suggested that I speak with Isaac Smith and gave him a call. Isaac was extremely patient and kind. He carefully answered my numerous questions and concerns even though I hadn’t yet decided to get a new vehicle that day. He helped me understand the qualities and differences of the vehicles I was considering. Once I had decided on my new Optima, Isaac made sure I understood the Optima’s features and demonstrated how many worked. Alex Barbosa dealt with the financing. As with Gunther Kia’s other employees, Alex carefully made sure I understood everything for a smooth transition. While my Optima was being cleaned and readied, Isaac even helped me gather all my belongings from the car I was returning. The one thing that helped to minimize any anxiety that I had and aided a smooth transition was Isaac’s calm demeanor and his ever-present smile. Thanks Bill, Alex and Isaac! More
