LIKE NO OTHER THIS MAZDA PRE OWNED DEALER SHIP IS LIKE NO OTHER.THE SALES MAN JULIAN RAMA AND THE USED CAR MANAGER MARK THOMAS , ARE THE BEST CAR PEOPLE I HAVE EVER THIS MAZDA PRE OWNED DEALER SHIP IS LIKE NO OTHER.THE SALES MAN JULIAN RAMA AND THE USED CAR MANAGER MARK THOMAS , ARE THE BEST CAR PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE.FIRST OF ALL THEY ARE THE NICEST GUYS TO DEAL WITH WHEN BUYING A CAR. THEY DONT PRESSURE YOU. WHEN I LOOKED AT A CAR THAT I REALLY LIKED THAT WAS ON THEIR GROUNDS.JULIAN RAMA STOOD BACK AND WAITED UNTILL I WAS READY TO SPEAK WITH HIM.HE DIDNT ATTACK ME LIKE ALLLLL THE OTHER PLACES DO.THEN HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR TO ME.THEN LET ME DRIVE IT FOR AS LONG AS I WANTED EVEN ON THE HIGHWAY.THEN WHEN I SAID I LIKE THE CAR TO BUY, JULIAN GOT MARK THOMAS INVOLVED TO HELP ME WITH A GREAT PRICE AND GREAT WARRENTY THAT WAS INCLUDED. AND GAVE ME ALSO A GREAT PRICE ON MY OLD TRADE IN.THEIR WAS NO CRAZY MISERABLE BACK AND FORTH GAMES.THEY WERE AWSOME AND I BROUGHT THE CAR.YOU DONT FIND A TEAM OF SALES MEN LIKE THEM OUT THEIR THESE DAYS.AFTER A FEW MONTHS GONE BY I HAD A SMALL ISSUE WITH THE CAR.I BROUGHT IT BACK AND SPOKE TO JULIAN AND MARK ABOUT IT. AND THEY CORRECTED THE ISSUE FREE OF CHARGE AND MADE IT RIGHT.THIS IS HOW A BUSINESS SHOULD RUN .WHERE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON NOT A NUMBER. MANY MANY THANKS AGAIN TO JULIAN AND MARK.I WILL BE SENDING FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO SEE THEM.AND WHEN I'M READY FOR MY NEXT CAR I'LL BE BACK TO THEM AGAIN. JIM B More
