Didn’t honor residual value in contract The dealership refused to adhere and interfered with the contract between myself and VW credit with respect to residual value of my vehicle. Even with VW Credit sending a letter on official letterhead, the dealership refused to honor the contract. Lloyd, the financial manager, was extremely rude not just to myself but the salesman assisting me. It was practically impossible to get information and pricing up front before signing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I would not recommend Volkswagen to anyone. It was certainly a terrible experience and one that took months when it should have been a few hours.
