The absolute worst car buying experience. They sold my son a lemon and even though we're paying for a warranty, they refuse to diagnose the problem and determine whether or not it's covered by the warran son a lemon and even though we're paying for a warranty, they refuse to diagnose the problem and determine whether or not it's covered by the warranty. The car has been sitting at the dealership for an entire week and I can't get an answer from them. My son has missed all his college classes and and entire week of work. When I call the dealership, they send me straight to voice mail because they know my number. They do the same for my son and my mother. I finally got through to someone today who said "Drew" was speaking to the service manager and would call me back. No call back. After several more attempts I got in touch with the service dept who said that drew was out today and that I needed to speak with Lucas. Of course Lucas was not in either. I'm at my whits end with the lying, the ducking calls, the incompetency. All they have to do is diagnose the car and see if its covered under warranty. OR better yet, determine why they sold my son a faulty car that broke down after 2 DAYS!!! My mechanic told me what is wrong so I'm waiting to see what these jokers come up with. They are scamming an 18 year old kid and I'm furious. Please people, don't go to this dealership. They are very crooked and you'll be terribly disappointed if you get sucked into a contract with these scammers.. More

Very very expensive. Not sure they really did the diagnostic testing they claim they did or just relied on the warning light. Dominick offered good service and follow up. Very fast at selling TERRIBLE customer service I leased a Volvo XC90 from them a couple of months ago and was assured I didn't need their GPS system as the car would integrate fully with my Cell us I leased a Volvo XC90 from them a couple of months ago and was assured I didn't need their GPS system as the car would integrate fully with my Cell using Android Auto. I rely entirely on the GPS for my work and returned a few days after purchase as the GPS was un-usable. The Sales Manager Kenneth Dotti said he would install their GPS but never did so, nor did he return my many phone calls. I had to go into the office and find him!! He then told me they would cover most of the cost of the GPS and passed me to Christian (Ass' svc mgr) who was supposed to call me with an appointment date and cost of the system. Despite many left messages and calls he has also failed to call back or keep any of the promises made. I feel it is only by naming and shaming this crappy service that they may eventually resolve this urgent issue! More
