Outstanding experience with Christopher Antle and David Ferri! I recently leased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from Gunther Volkswagen of Delray Beach, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Ferri! I recently leased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from Gunther Volkswagen of Delray Beach, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. I arrived with a very specific vehicle and deal structure in mind. I originally planned to lease a black Tiguan SEL R-Line Turbo, but after working with Christopher Antle and comparing the available options, I realized that the SE R-Line Black was actually the better fit for my needs. Christopher was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He handled the experience exactly the way a strong automotive sales professional should: he listened, helped me evaluate the right vehicle, and remained engaged through a challenging negotiation. Sales Manager David Ferri also deserves special recognition. The negotiation was intense, and I was very firm about my budget, but David continued working to find a fair structure that made sense for both sides. He showed that retaining a loyal Volkswagen customer genuinely mattered. In the end, I drove home in a white Tiguan SE R-Line Black and could not be happier with the decision. The deal was fair, the vehicle is excellent, and the entire experience confirmed that this dealership values its customers. The showroom is modern, clean, and welcoming, and the coffee is genuinely very good. I would absolutely recommend Christopher, David, and Gunther Volkswagen of Delray Beach to anyone shopping for a Volkswagen. More

At the end of June, we had to find a car for our daughter who was leaving for college. We came all the way from Tampa to purchase the specific car she had asked for. We only went this far because of this dealership’s outstanding reviews online, so I had to take the time to share our experience because they truly went above and beyond. Shorty after purchasing our used car, we ran into a few issues. There are too many details to share, but it’s important to note Mr. Gunther and his team graciously worked with us to resolve them. They upheld the “golden rule” and treated us with the utmost respect and true customer appreciation that often is not seen at other dealerships. Although we live quite a ways away, our family would not hesitate to travel the distance and purchase another vehicle. Mr. Gunther and his family business are one of a kind, and he sets forth the same expectation for his staff. God will continue to bless Mr. Gunther, his family, and his business because of the way he treats his customers. We are very grateful to them! More

Now my mother is stuck stranded. 25,000 miles and the AC is going out. 25,000 miles and the starter is failing. 25,000 miles and the battery is dying. 25,000 miles and there is a headlight flicker on occasion. 25,000 miles and it's sitting at a VW dealer here in Central Florida who wants to charge me 300.00 for a battery that should have been replaced or checked before hand. Have called VW of Delray and apparently they have no management staff AT ALL at the VW store. The GM is gone, the Sales manager is gone, there is NO ONE there to assist with the issue. This is what you are to expect when buying a car from this dealership? What in the ..k.... Absolutely horrible customer service and no one responds to phone calls. The reception girl leaves you on hold for 12 minutes and 14 minutes respectively. More

The absolute worst car buying experience. They sold my son a lemon and even though we're paying for a warranty, they refuse to diagnose the problem and determine whether or not it's covered by the warran son a lemon and even though we're paying for a warranty, they refuse to diagnose the problem and determine whether or not it's covered by the warranty. The car has been sitting at the dealership for an entire week and I can't get an answer from them. My son has missed all his college classes and and entire week of work. When I call the dealership, they send me straight to voice mail because they know my number. They do the same for my son and my mother. I finally got through to someone today who said "Drew" was speaking to the service manager and would call me back. No call back. After several more attempts I got in touch with the service dept who said that drew was out today and that I needed to speak with Lucas. Of course Lucas was not in either. I'm at my whits end with the lying, the ducking calls, the incompetency. All they have to do is diagnose the car and see if its covered under warranty. OR better yet, determine why they sold my son a faulty car that broke down after 2 DAYS!!! My mechanic told me what is wrong so I'm waiting to see what these jokers come up with. They are scamming an 18 year old kid and I'm furious. Please people, don't go to this dealership. They are very crooked and you'll be terribly disappointed if you get sucked into a contract with these scammers.. More

This Agency Is Out For As Much As They Can Take From You!! We Bought a Certified Preowned VW Tiguan from this agency and bought the extended warranty at closing. My wife and I are 81 years old, and they saw a couple of suckers coming a mile off that they could take advantage of. We only come down to Florida for 6 months out of the year. Otherwise, the car sits in our garage. My wife and I only put 6,000 miles on the car each year. When we started the car this year, the check engine light came on, so we took it back to the agency, Gunther VW, to get checked out.. The service department said it was carbon build up under the fuel injectors from not being driven, the extended warranty had run out less than 10 days ago, and the service department manager, Vasily, wanted $ 700 to fix the car. When we complained about the warranty, and that the problem was there many months ago, and the warranty just ended, they could not have cared less, and wanted their $ 700. Then we called VW America. All of a sudden, their tune changed, and they would work with us. They wanted to give us a DISCOUNT! We took the car to another foreign car mechanic, and he told us to just add fuel injector cleaner to 2 tanks of gas, and the problem would go away. Sure enough it did. So, for $ 12, we fixed the problem. But Joe Gunther and The service manager, Vasily, just kept trying to get money out of us. When they heard about us calling VW America, they never returned our calls, and they shut things down right away. Very Shady car agency. STAY AWAY!!! More

They didn't even top off the other fluids. Also, they left recommendations on the ticket from my last visit that had already been addressed such as windchill wipers. I bought new wipers and put them on a week earlier so how can they recommend new wipers? SMH More
