Our sales-guy Tony was excellent - We called ahead and he responded within minutes, confirming he had the car we were looking for and he was waiting for us when we arrived. He understood what we wanted (and, more importantly, how we wanted to proceed), showed us the car and guided us to the right people to get the trade-in done (Moe - you are awesome!), the financing handled (Nicole - you were a pleasure to deal with) and us out the door with our new car.
