A Honest Dealership I met John Falsiglia, the sales manager last year when friends were buying a new XC60. At the time I was interested in the XC40. I ended up not likin I met John Falsiglia, the sales manager last year when friends were buying a new XC60. At the time I was interested in the XC40. I ended up not liking the too small XC40 but wasn’t ready to buy. John recommended I wait for the 2019s since here in Florida we don’t need 4 wheel drive. He worked with me on price and found just the right XC60 that worked for me. He met any other dealers prices. He found the car at one of his other locations, routed it to his location and when it was delayed gave me a loaner for 2 weeks. All this without even a deposit. There were no surprises at delivery. His salesperson Jared Williams spent well over an hour teaching me the many features of this great car. In my 40 years of buying cars, I have never had such a positive car experience. More
