David Butterly greeted I came in for service: check engine light came on that morning, and they were able to accommodate me within a couple of hours. David Butterly greeted me and promised he would have me "out of there" as soon as possible. He showed genuine concern and care during the entire conversation - something very rare these days. He then directed me to the waiting area and offered me a coffee. Sure enough, my vehicle was returned to me all washed and clean within an hour or so.
