My service manager David Butterly set an appointment for me and was there when I arrived My car My whole experience at Gunther Volvo was wonderful. My service manager David Butterly set an appointment for me and was there when I arrived My car was wisked away for a "spa" day and 30,000 mile check up. I went over to the new Volvo waiting area and had some great coffee and looked at the new Volvo vehicles while my car was "pampered" by the Volvo mechanics David personally came over to let me know that my vehicle was ready and exactly what was done. Everyone that I encountered that day including Sergio and Julian, was friendly, professional and made the experience of waiting a pleasure. When my car was finished and came around for me to pick up, It was washed and cleaned for me. The whole experience did feel like being at a "spa" because you left feeling pampered with the care and all of the attention that Volvo provides it's owners My previous Volvo which I owned for 10 years was rear ended and totaled by an unlicensed driver. Both me and my 12 year old "puppy" walked away from the accident unharmed. When I went to the impound lot to gather my belongings from my car, I was told by the owner of the lot that if I were driving any other car besides a Volvo that I wouldn't be here.
