Our salesman Larson treated us with respect and honesty. There wasn’t any game playing and meeting with three or four different people before getting the actual price. We dealt with Larson throughout the whole process he showed us everything on the computer he was efficient and pleasant to deal with he even went above and beyond for me because they did not have the all-wheel-drive model at their dealership. He told me he would have it brought there and I can come back the next day to sign the paperwork. When I arrived everything was in order the whole process from start to finish took an hour He even threw in some extras for us that were unexpected and allowed us to go to the gift shop to buy a couple T-shirts thank you so much Larson I will refer everyone I know to you and continue to do business with your dealership More

Run away Went to lease a new 2019 XC60 and was told if I wanted certain features I would need to order one and put a deposit of $1000 down. Asked the sales guy if it was refundable if the lease price was too high and told yes. Asked him to confirm with his boss and he said he would call me later to confirm. Went back the following day and saw Hisham again and expressed disappointment he hadn't called. He explained that he thought he had confirmed it with us previously but again said it was fully refundable. Asked to see current lease numbers based on build and asked about previous year's money factors and residuals to help manage an expectation. Handed us over to Yogi who is nothing more than a spoiled punk who Daddy left in charge without realizing he has ZERO interpersonal skills. He tells us the salesman is lying and we wouldn't get the deposit back. Refused to provide us with lease numbers. He made our decision to run to Lexus and get the RX350very easy. Chased after me outside of showroom like a thug yelling tough guy. What a punk. I currently have an S90that I got from them but would NEVER return except for free warranty work. I have never been treated this way at ANY dealership in my life. Yogi Gunther needs to keep away from customers as he has zero concept of customer service or sales but is nothing but a spoiled child handed a job he clearly doesn't deserve What a loser! More
