Not very helpful Our visit to this dealership was not a very successful one. We were not given choices to buy the car we wanted. We ended up buying the car next day in another dealership where we had the chance to review more options and we left driving the car we wanted with the amount we felt comfortable to pay monthly plus the trade in car. Sales Rep presented a little deal and offers in shandy way Offered to give us a deal because the $50k Atlas was not exactly the way we wanted it. Offer is higher than they advertise the car online. Once that is approved I ask for the good deal that he wants to offer. Now at internet pricing he is not able to offer a discount anymore. But he throws in 3 years of free maintenance. When talking to the loan officer it turns out that VW Gunther gives the 3 years maintenance to everyone new purchase. Tells us trade in value is $6,800. Purchase agreement show only $6,500. He says maybe he misunderstood the manager. VW Gunther was supposed to pay remaining 3 payments on trade-in (which was purchased from VW Gunther and financed through VW Credit). 8 days later I get charged for the car we traded in. Dealership recommends to just wait a few weeks for the refund. Insisting on an immediate refund and over an hour wait time eventually gets them to cut me a check the next day. More

Yesterday we leased 2 VW’s from Tony, one of the nicest salespeople we’ve ever met. He was patient while we looked at different vehicles and explained what was available... most important, he, and Mo, the sales manager, were honest on our options and made the deal work for both cars. Thanks Tony!! One small note, Gunther provides free maintenance for 3 years on all their new cars. VW removed the included maintenance a few years ago but Gunther kept it place, a nice bonus for peace of mind. More
