He has been singularly brilliant with looking after me and my vehicle. Every step was taken to ensure that my vehicle was collected and returned. Twice, I hasten to add, in order to deal with a secondary insurance claim on my vehicle regarding a body dent repair. At this time it is not easy dealing with a demanding and nervous customer base due to the Corona Virus. Dominick has been especially resourceful, caring and helpful in every respect. My vehicle was returned in absolutely A1 condition with the fault repaired and the car perfectly cleaned. My experience was good until I recently received a Disposition turn-in fee for my early lease trade. I do understand the disposition fee can be waived under a turn in for the same manufacturer but I do know Gunther has a Mazda dealership as well. The service area is awful!! I don’t plan on purchasing my next car due to the Service Department. The ladies that check you in do great, but Service Advisors are no where to be found or playing on their ph next car due to the Service Department.
