When we got to the Volvo XC60 he explained all the safety features thoroughly, and I knew then it was time to take it for a spin. After test driving the vehicle, I was in love. New Car Experience I came to Gunther Volkswagen in Coconut Creek after being disappointed by two other Volkswagen dealers. I originally had a Jetta and only 10k miles pe I came to Gunther Volkswagen in Coconut Creek after being disappointed by two other Volkswagen dealers. I originally had a Jetta and only 10k miles per year. I had five months left in my lease and I was already 1k miles over my allotted amount. I went to other dealerships closer to my home where I was pressured to possibly get into something I was not comfortable with which seemed much too high. No one was able to explain why the fees were so high and simply blamed it on my left over payments and miles over my limit. I contacted Sam after a family member who works at the dealership recommended that I do so. He made me feel comfortable over the phone and assured he could take care of me. I trusted him and I am sure glad I did. Not only did he beat the previous offers by a significant amount, but he was also extremely kind and personable. I did not feel that I was at a dealership with a car salesman. He made me feel confident about my new purchase and I am extremely pleased. He even transferred all of my belongings from my Jetta (which took him 30 minutes because it was SO MUCH) himself to my new vehicle. THANKS SAM!!!
