Our service advisor is Rennie Singh and he is just super - knowledgeable about the vehicle, software status, feature operations, common service issues, attentive to the customer, etc. The service appointment process is a bit confusing as Gunther owns a VW dealership on the same site and the little things like how they answer the phone "Gunther Volkswagen" is a bit off putting; but it is ok. However, this central appointment group does not seem to be able to reserve guaranteed loaner vehicles nor understand what kind of service might be involved and hence the time required. I find it better to just speak with the service advisor directly to schedule needed service and reserve a loaner at that time. More

Bad repairmen I have nothing bad to say about the service writer but when someone tells me they can not patch a tire because my tire is dry rotted was a lie. I had it repaired at tires plus at a cost of $30.00 and got to look at my tires and they were not dry rotted. So they told me I needed tires and their is nothing wrong with my tires.
