Surprised I’ve always had 5star service at this dealership, but this one was very disappointing. I had a 7:30am appt and asked for the shuttle. I understood it I’ve always had 5star service at this dealership, but this one was very disappointing. I had a 7:30am appt and asked for the shuttle. I understood it didn’t start until 8:10ish and was willing to wait. Around 8:20, I asked when the shuttle was ready and they said it had already left and couldn’t get him to come back. My service writer addressed the issue and set me up with a rental. The enterprise person had just gotten to work and all his equipment was not setup and one device had a dead battery. Getting a rental car seemed longer than it should. After I picked up my car, I noticed something had been drastically changed with the Driver’s seat. I had to come back to ask what had been changed because I couldn’t figure out how to fix the settings. More
