Long, Misleading, Offended I worked with James Barash who originally leased me a base Passat 3 years back. Due to numerous details I decided to buy out the car. I was quoted a specific number and waited long and patiently. Upon signing paperwork with Joelle? (I forget), I was told my payment would be much higher than originally given by James. James' incompetency led him to neglect checking certain numbers and his assumptions of the numbers were given to me in a factual manner. When I refused this new number he had a hissy fit like my four-year-old daughter and stormed off. Far from quality for a salesman. You should review the video recording and put it on Gunthers "New Employee Guidelines of What NOT to do." Regardless, Joelle made magic happen and kept working hard to make me happy. I commend his assistance in the tough position that James forced him into. Otherwise, the atmosphere was cold and while eavesdropping on random employees for lack of anything better to do while I waited for ages, I heard a lot an employee rip apart someone on a phone call loud enough to make me uncomfortable. The gentleman who assisted in the area of getting the car returned was incredibly helpful with advice and genuine hustle for a customer. I think it was Benjamin. Otherwise....pretty xxxxty experience. More
