Not a good experience My daughter took my car in to this dealership on Monday May 27th to get the key fob linked to my vehicle that I ordered. Later that afternoon when I s My daughter took my car in to this dealership on Monday May 27th to get the key fob linked to my vehicle that I ordered. Later that afternoon when I sat in my vehicle I noticed that the mats looked different than the mats that I had and it appeared that maybe accidentally my mats were switched with someone else’s. I went back to the dealership that same week Wednesday May 29th to show the service rep the mats. He didn’t even look at the mats he glanced at it really quick and said that those are the mats and that they wouldn’t have been swapped out. If you look at the mats you can clearly see that they do not fit in my vehicle and that they have been swapped out. I would like to be contacted by someone to get this taken care if because those mats are not my mats. Never had a problem at this dealership before everyone has been very helpful and nice this is the first time I am experiencing this unfortunate issue. More
