I just leased an XC40 11 months ago, and I was new to the Volvo brand. I've loved every minute of it, but wanted to "upgrade" my vehicle. I happened to mention this to Sham in casual conversation, and next thing you know, the wheels are rolling in a fair and very professional manner. I got to pick and choose by myself what vehicles I wanted to have him look at. He didn't "push me towards any particular vehicle", simply laid everything out in an easy to understand manner. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 R-Design with Polestar. Love everything about his experience, but that is all attributed to the can do attitude and ability to go way above and beyond by Sham. I feel like a real customer who was actually treated right. You don't see that much anymore these days. Hats off to the crew at Gunther Volvo! More

They took in my leased car, sold me new one, and provided help in choosing what to do...they ran numbers for purchasing the leased car and demonstrated why new car deal was better. They took time to explain all the features and how to use them on new car. Finance was quick and also explained the add ons....took 3 but not all. Overall, timing from start to finish was about 90 minutes...all questions were covered. Highly recommend this dealership....from Eder, to Mo to Jordon....all helpful. More

He insisted that I needed to work with him and that he would guarantee "a much better experience" with him. Well, he was correct! When we arrived at the dealership, the car that I wanted to see was parked out front. The other cars that I wanted to compare were parked close by and ready for me to analyze not only with my own eyes and knowledge, but with his expertise knowledge of each vehicle. We left the dealership with our new Volvo less than 2.5 hours later! The sales manager (John, I think) and Sergio were professional and easy to work with...Thanks!
