I totally lost faith in Volvo; I visited the dealership on 4/1/19 and my faith in Volvo was somewhat restored ONLY after Pete took the time to explain the problem I am having with the car-even though the issue has not been resolved. Pete effectively demonstrated what customer service is all about. He is the definition of a true professional and is worthy of praise. Nuff respect to Pete. More
