Professional service at Coconut Creek Volvo The service department was notified in advance of my problem. When the car arrived they were ready to respond to my needs. The service manager advised The service department was notified in advance of my problem. When the car arrived they were ready to respond to my needs. The service manager advised me of what they were going to do and said he would get back to me as soon as the tests were preformed. Which he did. I was aided in obtaining a loaner car, and they even helped me unload the packages from my car into the loaner. They were professional, polite and informative. When picking up the car, they informed me of what they did to get me back on the road and what the problem was that caused the issue. More
