I had a worse experience with this Volvo Gunther Coconut Creek car dealership, I will not talk about the previous experience, I want to talk about the last one. My car is 3 years old and still under warranty, last week some message appeared on the scoreboard, and I knew that the car was under warranty and took it to a Volvo dealership. What was my surprise when, literally an hour later, I received a message from the serviceman that the part that needs to be replaced is not covered by warranty, since we spilled something in the car, and the part is sticky inside and out, this provoked a breakdown of this part. Plus cheap quality and Volvo design. (As the Manager said) In my case, the workers didn't even try to do it under warranty (never showed us proof that Volvo denied to cover the part) when I asked to see the part they replaced, which they said was covered in something sticky, in fact , it turned out to be clean, I even took picture in front of them, from all this we can conclude that the manager working with us lied, but in the report they wrote: LIQUID RESIDUE ON THE MODULE, AS INSIDE THE MODULE. But they did not even try to open the part. I don't know why they lie, but the whole thing cost me almost $900. I will not leave it like this and will continue to complain. 1. We have never spilled anything in the car, our car looks like new 2. The manager repeated 3 times that the quality and design of VOLVO is very cheap and he meets 3-4 cases with this problem per month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS DEALER ( VOLVO GUNTHER ) AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR DISHONEST TRICKS. More

Something that should be covered under warranty considering this is a 2022 that I bought from this dealer back in April….. There is a small scrape on the drivers front bumper which happened a week, June 25, after I made the appointment and I told that to Alia my advisor who still charged the fee because of the scrape on the bumper which had nothing to do with the software programing and the error light was already on over a week before the scrape to the bumper. More

I brought my 2018 Tiquan to Gunther Volkswagen of Coconut Creek for a simple fix. I had an appt and arrived 5 minutes early. I waited in line for 20 minutes before anyone approached me. Finally the service rep took my info and said she would contact me. Well the next day the rep called me and said know one looked at my car and didn't know when anyone would. She said I could pick up my car because they are short-handed and she didn't know when they could look at it. My car was in the same spot we're I dropped it off so I assume the car never even made it to the shop. This dealership at one time did provide excellent service no longer. More
Go service your car someplace else. The factory defective sunglass holder in my car, obstructs my rear view mirror beacuse it will not stay closed so it had to be replaced. Extremely poor service.Took 10 minutes for advisor to come to car. Refused to honor wait service for 2 yr service even though I had received an email confirmation the night before confirming this was to come to car. Asked to see Service manager but was sent to a Dispatcher who told me that it did not matter that I had a wait confirmation. I was told car would not be ready till end of day 5 or 6PM. This was at 9:45AM the time of my appointment. After arguing with her she finally said she would put me into the rotation but would take 2 to 3 Hours. Since I live 35 miles away I decided to stay. After 3 hours the service writer said the car was completed and I could get my keys at the cashier. I drove out of the Dealership and after about 1 mile I glanced at the dashboard and saw one of my tires was indicating low pressure. I had Gunther rotate the tires and even though they said they checked tire pressures on the invoice it was obvious they had not. I also saw they had failed to place the next service reminder decal on the windshield. I turned around, when back to the dealership and was told my Advisor was at lunch. They More
Horrible experience with service department! Purchased a 2018 Tiguan in Feb, so we’re new customers and we will never go back!! When we made the appointment we told them we would need a ride home which they said ‘no problem’, but failed to say that it is a shared ride and that there maybe a wait. This morning there was an hour wait for a ride home, my wife couldn’t wait that long, so she walked home! After the car was there the whole day, we went there at 5:45 because there was no communication from advisor (left 2 messages and a text message, no reply) to find out that nothing was done! Went to speak to David Klause, Service Manager and when he saw my logo’d work shirt he ‘assumed’ that I was a sales person and said he wasn’t available because it was after hours! This was the worst example of customer service that we have ever experienced! More
