I absolutely loathe car shopping. I don’t trust anyone. Well that sentiment went out the window when I met the BEST salesman I have ever encountered at a car dealership. His name is John LaTorre and my trust in humanity is restored. John was patient, KIND, gentle, comfortable and SO FUNNY. John immediately made me laugh and we had the best time I have ever had at a car dealership. I didn’t feel like he was trying to screw me, because let’s be honest….it seems like that is the MO of the industry. John was trying to help me love Volkswagens as much as he obviously does! I will tell you that anyone who works with John is lucky because he has taken away the tarnish that you all are awful. lol. While I ultimately did not end up buying a car, when I am ready, John LaLatorre at Gunther Volkswagen in Pompano Beach will be the ONLY guy I ever deal with again. Thanks, John!
