Brandy did some investigating and then talked to service department and body shop. Barb in body shop was very thorough with all communication. In the end, Gurley Leep covered 100% of the cost of repairing the water leak for us. Best of all, the car is “tight” now as we had experienced another round of rain after getting the car back. My husband and I received excellent customer service and quality work on our car. Thank you to all those technicians who did the quality work behind the scene. More
