Disappointed why this dealership took what should have been a happy event but chose to spoil it by adding "THEFT PREVENT" line item to our sales invoice. This is a scam. These etched meaningless numbers are so faint and hard to see that no thief or police recovering the vehicle would ever look for it plus there is zero correlation to these numbers and what type of vehicle the window came off of. The vehicles VIN does it all. This plain and simple is a scam to steal $300 from the customer. Remember, it is employees and their behavior/actions in how you perceive at a business. This review is about scheduling service only. Called to schedule service. Asked service advisor about shuttle. how you perceive at a business. This review is about scheduling service only. Called to schedule service. Asked service advisor about shuttle. Said they don't have one. Website states that they do. Then service advisor said that they use Uber service, up to 10 miles distance. Checked distance to my house, 10.2 miles. Asked if this was okay. Service advisor said that they usually only serve South Bend/Mishawaka/Granger areas (I am on the West side of Elkhart). So it is not up to 10 miles but rather the area you live in? I stated that I would pay for the ride. It is nice to have a free shuttle (Uber), but I do not have a problem paying for a ride. Service advisor said that this was okay. So when this was finally all done, I asked if the ride was going to be available in the morning then, or if I had to do something. Service Advisor said that they will schedule once I was checked in but Uber often runs into shortage of drivers in the morning, and it could be up to 1 hour before a ride becomes available. Hello! I have to work for living, why don't you disclose this information before and without being asked? I have to make arrangements with work. Some might say this was like pulling teeth. I, as a paying customer, should not have to to go through a questionnaire to make sure I am covered. So let's see how the actual service job (work performed) is going to be. More

GREAT PURCHASING EXPERIENCE!! I purchased a Kia Sportage through the USAA Car Purchase Program through Gurley-Leep Kia last week. Eric West was my sales representative. What a po I purchased a Kia Sportage through the USAA Car Purchase Program through Gurley-Leep Kia last week. Eric West was my sales representative. What a positive experience!! I received multiple discounts as a Veteran, a new Kia purchaser, and an ongoing sale. Eric explained the process thoroughly. At no time did I feel pressured or left wondering... I traded in my 2016 Honda CRV; Eric/Gurley-Leep offered a fair trade-in value for my CRV. Eric delivered the Kia to me in Grand Rapids, MI. We sat in my new Kia together and he walked me through all the features of the vehicle, he was detailed and ensured I understood. He also went through the paperwork without rushing and made sure I knew what I was signing. It was a great experience. I cannot recommend Eric, the USAA Purchasing Program and Gurley-Leep enough.
