Customer Service Does NOT exist at Gurnee Dodge! Service shop takes over a week to even look a vehicle then several days to fix after they tell you what is wrong. Can you rate with NO Stars ! Worse service experience ever Over the last last three months my Jeep Grand Cherokee has been waiting on service. During that period they have lost 4 service Advisers. I take it i Over the last last three months my Jeep Grand Cherokee has been waiting on service. During that period they have lost 4 service Advisers. I take it in for service and nobody from dealership ever calls back with updates. I spoke with service manger and he scheduled an appointment with me two weeks ago, and ensured me they would need my vehicle for a couple days to make the repairs. My car has been sitting for 4 days and nobody has even looked at it yet! worse yet nobody has even called to update me on the repair status. None of my voice mails were never returned. Now service manger says somebody will look at my vehicle tomorrow. I asked if he had the replacement radio. Which is one of the many parts he knew had to be replaced. They supposedly ordered the replacement radio the second week of January, and yet he didn't know if they had it. Also a KNOWN issue for the past 25 years with the Jeep is the air damper that controls air flow within the cabin of the vehicle, when it breaks it blows cold on one side of the vehicle and warm on the other side. Absolute horrible service and the dealership doesn't deserve being in business. Previously they told me that the noise in my front end was was being caused by bad air shocks that needed to be repaired at a cost of around $5,000. I passed on the service and took it to a well established repair shop, they checked out the shocks and found no problem. The issue was a loose windshield washer bottle, the mounting screw fell off somewhere. The repair was free. Fraud..I will let you decide.. More
