Terrible Service, worse communication After receiving a recall notice for my vehicle I called for an appointment. The earliest appointment was a week out, so with no worries I made the appointment. Dropped my vehicle off as soon as the dealer opened. Ten hours later I go to pick-up my car and it was never worked on. Turns out they didn't even have the part in stock that was needed. No apology, no phone call throughout the day, no timetable for when the part will be in. All I get is Jeep Chrysler corporate will send me something in the mail when the part will be in. I have zero faith that is correct. I will not be in to purchase another vehicle and I will not spend another dime at this dealership for service. I should have asked to speak to a manager, but honestly I wouldn't have expected any satisfaction. More

Felix drew the short straw, so to speak, and had to spend several painful, but patient hours with us as my partner and I argued back and forth about down payment, term payment plans and additional trim and warrantee options that we each felt were necessary for our company. Felix patiently worked numbers, spoke with his managers and left his office, when asked, so we could deliberate, literally, for about 5 hour! Felix deserves some sort of reward for making such a great effort to ensure that we were not merely satisfied with our new truck, but that we were excited to drive away in our new investment and toy! If and when we need to make another vehicle purchase, whether professionally or personally, I will seek Felix out specifically! I should add that the entire staff was welcoming and accommodating in every way! More

Bogus sales tactics. I drove from Villa Park IL with a bank approved loan (they consider that cash). The price was $18,597 with 5 miles. Their own rep Rosa sent me the pictures and info on the Compass. Long story short, they wanted to sell me the car at $24,000 plus the so called care package for $3000. With tax and tile came out to $33,000. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
