Poor experience - Internet Sales I reached out to inquire on a Dodge Demon and was told that I had to be in the store to even discuss. Very Friendly & Attentive Mike Ballard greeted my wife and I as we entered the showroom. We had previously arranged an appointment with Gurnee Chrysler/Dodge via their web sit Mike Ballard greeted my wife and I as we entered the showroom. We had previously arranged an appointment with Gurnee Chrysler/Dodge via their web site. I had specific model, color, and optional equipment that I wanted met. Mike, after finding that their inventory did not include the exact Pacifica model I wanted, took time to search other dealers for this specific model. It was found in another state. Gurnee Dodge sent Mike to that dealer located in Ohio to drive it to their Gurnee location, and without any added delivery charge. The price of the car reasonable and below the average local selling price. Mike and all of the other people we met were very friendly. Mike is an especially nice guy to deal with. When we went to pick-up my new Chrysler, Mike worked with the service department to get the splash guards installed before we left their dealership. More

In a world of bad sales people, Eric is a winner After test driving a Tahoe at another dealership, we decided we didn't like how it drove. So, at 8:00PM we decided to go test drive a Dodge Durango at Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Although they were closing at 9:00PM, Eric took us on a test drive. The Durango drove perfect and we wanted to proceed. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. In fact, twice we asked to talk alone and he said to take our time. Check Engine Light Issue I just paid $150 for a diagnostics check and my check engine light is still on. The rep assured me I needed a tune up, but I just got a tune up not le I just paid $150 for a diagnostics check and my check engine light is still on. The rep assured me I needed a tune up, but I just got a tune up not less than a year ago. The least they could have done was reset my check engine light, especially since I'm a returning customer. I drove 30 mins out of my way only to be disappointed with the service. Totally absurd. More
