We came to see a specific vehicle that we had researched and Rob Fine, our salesman, was courteous, helpful, yet listened to our needs. He patiently listened to our concerns, many questions and always got us the info we needed to help us in our decision. We were very honest/upfront (yet respectful) with what we need and are willing to do, and we felt we got the same treatment back. Our shopping experience was not about listening to sales pitches, but having a nice conversation with Mike about what we were looking for and he engaged the kids and had them help out while showing us the features in the new Caravans we looked at. Mike and Mitch were able to put together a really good deal for my family that got us everything we needed. We plan to visit Mike again when the time comes to replace my wife's car as well, great experience all around. More
