Felt the finance guy was attempting to cheat me. Mike, the salesman was great , but Brian, the finance guy, tried to sneak a $375 window etching "option " charge into the final sales breakdown. I thought an option was something I would've been asked about and that I would then need to "opt" for. Also, Mike was insistent about accompanying me to my mechanic for an inspection. It created a creepy atmosphere in the waiting area of the garage. I really didn't like that. My guess is that the dealership makes him do that to somehow influence the mechanics assessment. To recap: Salesman Mike was very cool and friendly, but experience was spoiled by the games played in the finance office. More

We've been to many car dealerships but had never purchased as we hate "the games" (e.g., the slick car salesmen who crowd you, the dishonesty & subterfuge, etc.) that go on at the typical car dealership. We came to see a specific vehicle that we had researched and Rob Fine, our salesman, was courteous, helpful, yet listened to our needs. He patiently listened to our concerns, many questions and always got us the info we needed to help us in our decision. We were very honest/upfront (yet respectful) with what we need and are willing to do, and we felt we got the same treatment back. Rob gave us personalized service and we are happy to have him as a sales rep. We are very satisfied with our purchase and we definitely recommend this dealership and Rob! More

Our shopping experience was not about listening to sales pitches, but having a nice conversation with Mike about what we were looking for and he engaged the kids and had them help out while showing us the features in the new Caravans we looked at.
