Adriene was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and respectful. After the test drive and showing us some of the features of the Jeep Renegade, we told him that we had just started looking and wanted to shop around. He said he understood, and he gave us his card. He did not try to keep us on site or push us to make a sale. That was the main reason we came back. When making the purchase, we worked with Mitch Horwitz, and he came to us with a good deal and a fair price, and we did not have to do the back and forth "Sharpie" dance. They were very courteous and very professional throughout the entire transaction. More

No Games Here! When I was looking for my new Jeep I had already visited another Jeep dealer that I had done business with for years. After talking with my past deale When I was looking for my new Jeep I had already visited another Jeep dealer that I had done business with for years. After talking with my past dealer I did not think they really cared or thought I was a repeat serious buyer. The next week I went to Gurnee Jeep and met Ernesto Lopez, I explained to him what I was looking for and stated that I did not want to play games. I wanted the best deal for the car I wanted. Ernesto had me test drive a couple vehicles and asked me what I wanted in my new car. After a little while I decided to buy my new 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I was happy with the agreed price and the trade in value of my old Jeep Patriot. I felt that Ernesto was very professional and listened to what I was saying and put me in the vehicle I would be happy with. Ernesto also sat in the car with me and when over all the bells and whistles and made sure I knew how to use everything. Then I went over to Nick to go over some optional additional items I may want. I purchased the protection package and wind vents. Then off to the financing office where all my paper work was ready to go. This is a very organized dealership that I would recommend to my friends and family. More

Great service ! All my cars are jeep and Chrysler since the 80s and serviced by Lake Villa Chrysler. Since they closed, I moved to Gurnee Dodge and since then Ray and All my cars are jeep and Chrysler since the 80s and serviced by Lake Villa Chrysler. Since they closed, I moved to Gurnee Dodge and since then Ray and Frank (ret.) were my serviced consultants. I recently bought a new Jeep Patriot and the service manager whose brother from the lake Villa police force that I know, helped me out and got a good discount. I'm totally satisfied with their service and will stay as much as I could. More

Outstanding Service I've been looking for a car for about 5 months, and I finally I found a Mazda6 Sport at the Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership website. I tried I've been looking for a car for about 5 months, and I finally I found a Mazda6 Sport at the Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership website. I tried to find one in my local area, but no luck. Plus I had an awful experience with an impatient sales rep. My boyfriend and I drove an hour and half to Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership in Gurnee, IL. to look and test drive the Mazda6 Sport that I saw on their website. We had the most wonderful experience there because we're taken care of by Sales Rep Mr. Mitchell Varga. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the store, and asked if we needed any assistance. At first, I was kind of leery because he's seemed very young and we might not get the best service. Boy, was I wrong!! He was very knowledgeable, answered pretty much all of our questions, explained everything in details of the good and bad things about the car, and most of all, he was very patient, and did not pressure us to buy. He made us feel like we were one of his friend or a family member instead of a customer. The dealership was very clean, and pretty much all the people I talked to were pretty AWESOME. I really felt good driving out of the parking with my new car. Thank you Mitch and everyone that works there. I'm definitely spreading the good news to everyone that I know. More
