He took me out for a test drive in a similar vehicle (the one I wanted was on the showroom floor) and worked out an acceptable deal for me. He and his co-workers made sure I received my employee discount and Ernesto walked me through a number of features on the car so I knew where everything was. He was most helpful and with the exception of referring to me as "Sweetie" (Seriously ?) he was very nice and fun to work with. I am satisfied with my purchase. More

I knew I wanted a Chrysler Convertible as I researched affordable ones and the Chrysler was on top of my list. But was not in a hurry,, I was going to shop around.
