Awesome Experience Best Ever Car Buying Experience When we entered Gurnee Dodge we were very suspicious based on the experience we had the previous night at another Dodge dealership who we firmly belie When we entered Gurnee Dodge we were very suspicious based on the experience we had the previous night at another Dodge dealership who we firmly believe tried to cheat us. Then we were met by Robbie Adams who has a outgoing enthusiastic personality and a keen sense and desire to get you into the vehicle you desire at a price that meets both your car needs and financial needs and meet an area where you feel comfortable. He never gave us any high pressure or condescending attitude that we have encountered many times before in other dealerships. He pointed out all the features of the van we wanted and had us try out for ourselves many of them then took us on a test drive and was very encouraging during the drive. When we got back Mike Ballard took over and took the time to explain the packages available on the van and the warranty and what it covers still no pressure. Then we were turned over to the finance dept. really expecting here comes the pressure but it never came and we left there feeling valued, appreciated, and comfortable with the arrangements and a brand new van! There was no strong arm tactics, stress, or pressure at all. More
